Support calendar integration for events and training to allow members to add brigade generated events to their own calendar.

Implement the ability to create duty crews from members and accompanying duty crew task lists, with any additional priority items. Add notifications for duty crew when their crew is scheduled to let them know what the crew is to focus on.

Endorse members to drive specific vehicles, which in-turn will provide them with the relevant appliance type endorsement i.e Medium Tanker. This can be conditionally flagged by Code and will be used in the future crew building and deployment management modules.

Produce detailed reports on member attendance, inspections and training to understand member commitment and contribution to the brigade and identify any attendance gaps that may be forming.
