Add optional toggle to collect training session feedback.

If enabled, email will be sent to registered attendees after the training session asking them to complete a survey.

Units can create and customise the training survey.

Results should be aggregated in the training section to view results globally.

Specific feedback on the training session that initiated the feedback survey should also be shown on the training session.
