Batch & manufacture date fields

Add optional fields for:
> hose batch number
> manufacture date
While these details are highly valuable for tracking and fault identification, not all hoses currently in service have legible batch numbers or manufacture dates. Making these fields optional ensures flexibility while still capturing critical data where available.
Implement a function where any hose that fails testing, fails during training, or fails in the field is automatically shared/flagged across all brigades associated with StationOne
This would allow other crews to proactively inspect hoses from the same batch and reduce the risk of in-service failures.
Reason:
We have previously encountered issues with certain hose batches (e.g., COVID-era Duraline hoses) where multiple hoses from the same production runs experienced internal delamination, leading to visible blistering and failure under pressure.
Having batch-level visibility and automated failure alerts across brigades would:
> Improve early detection of systemic faults
> Prevent repeated failures in the field
> Increase overall operational safety
> Reduce equipment downtime and replacement costs
> Provide clear, consolidated evidence to manufacturers of a broader systemic issue, rather than relying on isolated or ad hoc complaints

Great idea, will review with regards to technical implementation and implement.
