It would be useful to have additional information displayed on the Hose Summary page to make hose management and reporting more efficient.
Suggested improvements:
Add a summary tile showing the total number of hoses currently allocated to vehicles.
Add a "Location" column to the hose list that displays where each hose is assigned (e.g. "Tanker 1", "Tanker 2"). If a hose is not allocated to a vehicle, display "At Unit (Available)".
Alternatively, include a separate "Status" column that clearly indicates whether a hose is "Allocated" or "Available", alongside the location information.
Include this allocation and location information in reports so that hose locations can be reviewed without needing to navigate into individual vehicles and select "Manage Hoses".
These changes would provide a much quicker overview of hose allocations and reduce the need to drill down into each vehicle when conducting audits, stocktakes, or equipment checks.
